Sauerkraut Salad
1 large can of Kraut drained , snipped and rinsed
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped purple onion
dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
salt to taste
Marinate in fridge for several hours, and drain some of the juice before
serving.
