Hot Peach & Ginger Grilling Sauce

This is wonderful basted onto chicken, pork, or duck on the grill.
I often double the recipe and keep it in a large jar in the refrigerator.

1 cup peach jam
1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup finely minced green onions
8 cloves pressed garlic
2 tsp. (or more) Tobasco sauce
1 Tbs. fresh minced ginger
Combine all, and brush on chicken, pork or duck while grilling.
