Corn Casserole
2 #2 cans of cream corn
3/4 cup of yellow corn meal
1/2 cup of salad oil
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 small can of sliced black olives
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 sm. can of diced Ortega green chile
2 cups of grated mild cheddar cheese
Combine all in a deep uncovered casserole. Bake at 350 till set, (30 to 40 min)
Don't over bake.
