Grilled Corn on the Cob
Remove any dry outer husks from the ears. Carefully fold back remaining husks,
leaving them attached. Remove the silk. Pull husks back up over ears of
corn..tie top with thin piece of the husk or string (this keeps corn covered
& moist). Immerse corn in cold water for at about 1/2hr. Drain corn
(squeezing out excess water..place on grill (medium heat for gas or about
4-6" from a charcoal grill). Cook 15 mins to 25 mins. (until corn is
tender), turning once in awhile.
