3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
One-half cup sweet milk or cream
One-half cup (1 stick) butter
Pecan Topping
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and milk. Pour into greased
casserole, then make the pecan topping and spread over potatoes. Bake in 350
degree F oven 30 minutes.
Pecan Topping
1 cup light brown sugar
One-third cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
One-third cup butter
Cream butter with sugar and flour. Add pecans. Spread over sweet potato mixture.
