Wild Rice with Portabello Mushrooms
3 cups water
1 cup white wine (can use 4 cups water and eliminate wine)
2 cups wild rice
bring rice and liquid to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Slice 4 portabello mushrooms about 1/4 " thick and sautee with minced
garlic and butter on low while rice cooks.
Mix cooked rice with mushrooms and butter.
