Thick and Hearty Beef Stew

2 Tenderloin beef steaks ( or you can use stew beef)
2 pkgs of McCormicks beef stew seasonings
4 med. potatoes peeled and diced
10 mushrooms sliced thick
carrots cut into chunks
frozen peas
one large sweet onion

trim fat and grissel off of steaks or beef and add to large soup pot add enough water to cover meat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add veggies and McCormicks seasonings and enough water to cover veggies and beef, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min or until potatoes and carrots taste done.
